Sprint 4: Integration, Frontend, MVC Layers, and FRQs

CSA2 builds on trimester-1 lead-in skills and the sustained capstone established in week 9. Every team enters week 13 having completed two mentor reviews and a community N@tM presentation, including project demonstrations and discussions of how the system is made. This review cycle continues throughout the year. Students carry forward Java/Spring models, persistence, APIs, team roles, design plans, and review feedback while extending the project with Web interfaces and AP FRQ concepts. Weeks 13-15 introduce three approximately ten-minute topic clusters each; the fourth goal identifies Spring MVC code to observe or extend during PBL, not another lesson. Introduce HashMap, searching, and sorting early. Individual CodeRunner and project evidence demonstrate competence rather than group participation alone. Week 16 compiles competence evidence, evaluates the integrated product, and leads a retrospective without new material.
