Build the Beta

Construct the Beta prototype following your Week 18 integration plan and Week 17 selected design.
Follow production-grade practices: code review before merging, tests for critical paths, a documented build/deploy procedure — the same discipline a real engineering team would use, not just “make it work.”

Fully Integrate All Sub-Systems

Confirm every sub-system from your integration plan is actually connected end-to-end, not built and tested in isolation only.

Log Build Results vs. Revised PRD

Run your first Beta test pass and log results against the revised PRD (Element C, Iteration 2) targets — the stricter bar, not the Sprint 1 bar.
Note where the Beta already beats the Alpha’s Sprint 2 baseline, and where it doesn’t yet.

Core Deliverables

Working, fully-integrated Beta prototype.
Production-grade build/deploy documentation.
First Beta test results logged against the revised PRD.
