Mentor Feasibility Review
Bring your peer-reviewed problem statement and PRD to your industry mentor. This is not just a signature — walk through it deliverable by deliverable:
- Is each PRD metric actually measurable with the tools/time your team has?
- Are there feasibility risks (cost, complexity, timeline) the mentor sees that your team missed?
- What would the mentor prioritize first if they were building this?
Log the mentor’s feedback and update your PRD/problem statement based on it before Sprint 2 begins.
Core Deliverables
- Signed mentor agreement form.
- GitHub repository / Project board set up and in active use.
- Engineering portfolio initialized with Weeks 0-3 artifacts.
