Generate Production-Fidelity Concepts
- Unlike Sprint 2’s exploratory concepts, these should be production-fidelity options — real architectural or component choices you could actually ship, informed by everything you learned building and testing the Alpha.
- Directly address your highest-RPN FMEA items (Element B, Iteration 2) in at least one concept each.
Decision Matrix v2
- Score the new concepts against your revised PRD (Element C, Iteration 2) — the bar is higher than Sprint 2’s matrix.
- Weight FMEA risk mitigation as an explicit criterion this time.
Select & Justify the Beta Design
- Write My Solution (Beta) and its justification: which concept won, and specifically how it addresses the Trimester 1 failure modes.
